This role as generalist, works directly with people leaders, employees and the HRBPs to ensure that all human resources needs are met. We are offering a full time paid internship for 6 months (with possibility to extend), starting from October 2024 on, on site in our office in Paterna, Valencia. How you will make an impact: Support daily service operations by performing routine service tasks requested to support all Iberia employees deliver a best in class employee experience for the assigned HRS pillarPerform administrative tasks related to onboarding, offboarding, employee queries, payroll, system changes etc.Communication with consultancy, assistance with contracts, new-hires registration and termination of employeesEmployee Benefits management and direct contact with suppliersManagement of the Total Wellness programProvide input for the development and delivery of communication materials related to programs, plans, policies, processesPerform audits and validations of transactions.
