InvestigationsInvestigations | Madrid, Spain | 21011023Forensic Investigations: We leverage cutting-edge technology to advise clients on disputes and litigation, fraud and corruption, employee malfeasance, compliance failures, regulatory probes, sanctions breaches, unexplained business/transactional failures, money laundering, shareholder disputes, leaks of information, IP infringement, monitorships and asset search and recovery.Intelligence: We harvest and analyze public record and human source intelligence to support client decision making on M&A, capital markets activity, joint ventures, political risk, new market entry, supply chain integrity, reputational risk management and other strategic initiatives.Navigating Responsibilities: The Intern will be expected to carry out the following tasks as part of their role:Carry out research by using databases, internet and public domain tools.Collating and organizing large volumes of data.Document and e-mail review and analysis.Interrogation of financial and accounting data.Communicate regularly with colleagues to inform of progress of case work, highlighting key issues where necessary.Organize case files, maintain accurate research records and record all billable costs.The Ideal Candidate: Current Degree Pursuit: Social Sciences, Economic or Business Administration background are beneficial, although not mandatory.Task Prioritization: Prioritize tasks in a collaborative team environment. Attention to detail.Awareness of sensitivities of working in a variety of cultural and political environments.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities.Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English.
