About the job
We have established an in-house architectural department to manage a high complexity to design Swarovski stores layouts and to create a unique store experience for our customers. The purpose of the job is to ensure premium customer experience in their POPs via an excellent shop design for different Swarovski brands. The Interior Designer – Store Planner is aim to produce an efficient POP-planning following the Swarovski planning standards for Swarovski brands globally, in Europe, Asia, Latin America and for Swarovski Travel Retail.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Creating store design layouts and 3D visualizations for Swarovski Stores all over the world in consideration and respect of store design guidelines
Briefings/alignment of individual store design plans with the local Architecture Project Manager (PM)
Creating wall-, ceiling-, flooring- and electrical plans, elevations, sections and façade design for different store concepts and POS
Working with CAD furniture and blocks in 2D- and 3D presentation mode
Coordinating projects in collaboration with Architecture Project Manager (PM), internal and external Architecture teams, Design team and Engineering team
Being a contact person for technical requests and all kind of project related issues
Supporting the Head of Retail Architecture Interior Design and the team in various projects
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
University degree in Architecture or Interior Design or equivalent
Min 3-5 years of professional technical knowledge on the job and experience in a similar role within an international setting
Experience in store planning
Substantiated computer skills CAD, 3D-Visualization, MS-Office
Understanding of retail business
Demonstrated Project Management skills on a global level in international companies
Excellent English language skills, German and Spanish knowledge will be an advantage, any other language will be considered as a plus
Proven examples of creativity for designing store layouts, organizational and analytical skills, being detailed oriented and precious, excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to work either individually and in the team
