As a Team Leader for the Logistics Execution team in Madrid, you will lead a team of 5 to 10 Logistic Execution coordinators. You will be responsible for ensuring all logistics activity within your given perimeter is executed at the right time, in the right manner, and at the cheapest cost to serve to deliver high customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for tracking and improving day-to-day transporter performance and ensuring the KPIs for your region are met.Main Accountabilities: Team management including work allocation, performance tracking and team development plans.Analysis and proactive proposal for improvement of transport-related KPIs: costs, service (on-time collections and deliveries), etc.On-Time Performance to Customers and complaints resolution (specific actions to most impacted customers).Identify areas for improvement within TMS environment.Support contact for execution-related incidents.Implement process standardization, maintenance, and compliance.Drive continuous initiatives within area of responsibility.Qualifications: Supply Chain experience.Experience in leading and managing teams, both in an office and virtual work environment.Experience of working in a dynamic and international office environment.Experience in crisis management/dealing with urgencies.Knowledge of transport planning and tendering is an advantage.Knowledge of Project and Change Management is an advantage.Skills: Office 365 (Outlook, PPT, Excel, Word etc.).Team management.Excellent communication skills.Excellent stakeholder management skills.
