The Department – Programme Management Office The Programme Management Office enables the successful delivery of client projects by supporting consultant teams throughout the end to end project lifecycle. Our team is pivotal in ensuring the effective pricing, resourcing and delivery of complex consultancy projects on a national, regional and global scale. We're hiring a PMO analyst for a six month contract duration What you'll do: Support the delivery of major and complex, multi-year policy, technical advisory, and compliance projects Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of quality client solutions Manage resources, budget, scope and change effectively and at pace Manage the contract review, pricing and onboarding process for new clients Provide detailed reporting and support to Engagement and Account Managers Draft clear communications and content on short timelines What you'll need: Previous experience working within a project management or PMO team, ideally within professional services, consulting, technology or similar environment Experience planning and managing project resources from estimates to detailed plans in a billable hours environment Strong organisation, attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving skills in a fast moving environment Excellent communications skills in both written and spoken English with experience building relationships with senior stakeholders An understanding of project and commercial risks What we offer you: We work in a flexible hybrid model, typically aligning each employee to one of our global offices, with each person spending 2 days per week in the office, and 3 days remote.
