This hybrid position is based in Madrid with flexible remote and office working.
We are looking for a Interim People & Culture Specialist with the possibility of staying with the company and pursuing a career path after covering a maternity leave.
MissionThe mission is to serve as a strategic partner and key contributor to the overall success of the company by managing and implementing essential human resources processes.
This includes fostering a positive and productive work environment, ensuring legal compliance, and enhancing employee satisfaction through effective talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, and workplace culture initiatives.
Support employee well-being by addressing concerns and providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.Drive organizational growth by recruiting and retaining top talent, developing career paths, and supporting employees' professional development.Enhance efficiency by streamlining HR operations, using data and metrics to inform decisions, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.Promote a positive company culture by encouraging communication, collaboration, and engagement across all teams.Champion diversity and inclusion by fostering an environment that values different perspectives and backgrounds.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist.High proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential.Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent communication skills and a people-oriented approach.Problem-solving aptitude.A Master's degree and/or knowledge in compensation and benefits will be highly valued.Experience in the engineering field and knowledge of DOA/POA will be highly valued.Seniority levelAssociate
