Interim Director, Adverse Media Entities (AME), R&R Content (Nine months). You will report to the Vice President, R&R Content.
You Will Lead and develop the global Adverse Media Entities (AME) team consistent with the expectations of effective operational and talent leadership.Identify and implement strategic improvements including the use of automation to drive change and create efficiencies and quality improvements with shared benefits across the global team.Facilitate the management of global team resources to achieve agreed timelines and quality.Oversee and assist the hiring managers with recruiting, scheduling, coaching, training, performance management, and corrective action to develop an effective team with a strong content and customer focus.Develop a cohesive and informed global team through regular staff meetings including the preparation and presentation of progress towards annual revenue targets and key client developments.Collaborate with Sales, Risk & Research, and other Data & AI teams to ensure that AME data are well understood.Lead projects to improve efficiency, freshness and completeness by automating adverse media workflows, including content creation and updating.Provide support in the sales process by joining sales calls or providing documentation and insight into the research process.Work with Risk & Research and Engineering to ensure development work is aligned with the business and Data & AI strategy and roadmap.Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to communicate the value of the team's work.Collaborate and engage with other departments and support the V.P., Risk & Research Content to drive key business initiatives and decisions.You Have Minimum 10 years of experience in information management products, services, and systems, showing an increasing level of responsibility.Minimum 5 years of people management experience including proven ability to motivate and lead teams to performance excellence.Experience managing projects/programs of real or remote teams while providing oversight of geographically dispersed projects.Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of global audiences in writing and speech.Success in managing projects/programs from inception to completion through effective communication, collaboration, shared goals, and trust.Reliable, responsible, and accountable for group and individual goals.Strategic leadership and willingness to innovate.Keen problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate issues and conflicts and make timely decisions.Automation skills, such as advanced knowledge of Excel, Macros/VBA programming, Python, HTML and/or SQL.Ability to work to tight deadlines and high-quality standards.Ability to set effective individual and team goals based on business strategies and objectives, and to monitor team activities to ensure goal fulfillment.An openness to different views and opinions and an appreciation for team diversity.Benefits Include: Comprehensive Healthcare PlansPaid Time OffRetirement PlansLifestyle programs & Wellness ResourcesFamily Care Benefits & Caregiving SupportCommuter Transit ProgramSubscription DiscountsEmployee Referral Program#LI-Hybrid
