Dare to make an impact? YOUR ROLE Whole OtC (Order To Cash) process with the customer from order capture, order to invoice processing and complaints management requests and issues. Customer interactions (Internal/External). CSL performance: coordination with both Customers & Sales to reach excellence in on-time & in-full deliveries. Order Processing, Orders Management. Support Finance Team in Cash collection & overdue invoice chasing/disputes if required. Claims Management (Customer interaction and ad-hoc analysis during inbound call). Amazon account management. SAP management to follow-up orders. YOUR SKILLS Business Administration or similar educational background. Fluent level of English. Organization skills and capacity to prioritize following customers' needs and urgencies. Good MS Office skills, especially Excel. Good attitude and proactiveness.
