Required Skills and Qualifications: We are seeking an experienced Interdepartmental Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Las Palmas.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in both technical project management (Scrum, Agile) and business operations, with the ability to bridge communication and processes across various departments.
In this role, you will coordinate with various department heads to manage cross-functional projects involving multiple departments such as Technology, Asset Management, Marketing, Sales, Administration, and Human Resources.
You will work closely with each department to ensure smooth project execution, alignment with business objectives, and timely delivery of results.
Key Responsibilities: Proven experience in project management, preferably in both technical and business environments.
Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience working with multiple departments such as Technology, Marketing, Sales, Administration, and HR.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Spanish isa plus.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A results-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
