Right now we are looking for an Integration Project Manager for our Integration Department who wants to support us in our fight against industry monotony.
The Integration Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing integration projects from initiation through to completion.
This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and deliverables, and ensuring successful integration of systems, processes, or business units.
The Integration Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure alignment with business objectives and seamless execution of integration activities.
The Integration Project Manager reports to the Integration Manager.
Responsibilities Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation Continuously report project updates and status in the project reporting system Together with the Integration Manager, define project scope, and deliverables Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal project-related communications Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues Facilitate meetings, including project kick-offs, status updates, and post-project reviews Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring members are aligned with project goals Monitor the project team's performance and provide guidance as needed Facilitate collaboration between technical teams (e.G., development, QA) and business units Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards Work closely with QA teams to define and improve testing strategies and acceptance criteria Oversee the resolution of any defects or issues identified during testing Oversee the transition of the project to the account management Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement Qualifications 2+ years experience in project management (integration projects experience preferred) Strong organizational and time-management skills Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in project management software Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and integration technologies (e.G
