What your day will look like:
Understand our customers' infrastructure in terms of ERP, POS, etc.
Be the first point of communication at a technical level.
Take ownership of the client delivery for all the integration processes and timelines.
Ensure the integration tasks are defined and executed efficiently according to the definition and roadmap.
Design the best integration solution.
Provide support to the Dev and Customer Success teams.
Identify new product features that will improve the onboarding process.
Document the processes you follow.
Provide L2 support.
The experience you'll need:
Degree in Computer Engineering, Tech studies, or in any other related field.
2-3 years of experience in SaaS integrations.
Advanced level of SQL.
Python knowledge.
Analytic and resolutive mindset.
Previous experience in IT projects.
Technical knowledge and understanding of system behavior.
Previous experience working with REST APIs is desirable.
Fluent in English.
Italian (optional).
