Experience on Boomi or Hana Cloud Integration (SCPI) would be valuable. Database management, JAVA, and knowledge on Web Technologies (especially JavaScript, Groovy, HTML5 standards) is a plus. Knowledge on SAP HCM or SuccessFactors is also a plus. The successful individual will be a strong corporate citizen with a passion for delivering excellence.Main Responsibilities:Obtain knowledge of technologies such as Boomi & SCPI & PtP (ECP).Onboard new customers.Participate in sessions to discuss customer requirements or issues.Share estimates and planning of the work with the customer.Adapt and parametrize the technical solution for the requirements provided.Resolve issues within SLA's and with high levels of customer satisfaction.Monitor processes to ensure 100% ratio of successful transactions.Implement new solutions (Interfaces).Perform unit tests and system integration tests.Support the client on the functioning of the interface.Work on multiple projects simultaneously.Ensure proper deployment of the solution (Development, Test and Production).Maintain up-to-date documentation of the interfaces.Collaborate with other Strada teams to deliver customer-related activities.Manage customer micro-management activities (Priorities, Release, SFTP, CR's, Meetings).Identify risks or potential issues for your customer and inform the right people (ITCAM, TL).Communicate with your Team Lead (Issues, Escalations, Risks, Informational).#J-18808-Ljbffr
