About Loyal GuruLoyal Guru's platform solves the unique challenges of developing retail businesses with next-gen loyalty initiatives, personalized offers at scale, advanced retail analytics, and new opportunities for monetization.Our solution simplifies the complexities that arise from high volumes of shoppers, transactions, and data in Enterprise Retail by collecting all data in real-time, creating a Single Source of Truth, and developing, retaining, and recovering customers both online and at point-of-sale.At Loyal Guru, we believe every retailer can become a key player in the industry when using the right tools.We are committed to empowering our customers with smart tools that make every interaction with their clients smarter, more profitable, and the purchase experience better.What your day will look like:Understand our customers' infrastructure in terms of ERP, POS, etc.Be the first point of communication at a technical level.Take ownership of the client delivery for all the integration processes and timelines.Ensure the integration tasks are defined and executed efficiently according to the definition and roadmap.Design the best integration solution.Work with and provide support to the Dev and customer success teams.Identify new product features that will improve the onboarding process.Help with the documentation of the processes followed.The experience you'll need:Degree in Computer Engineering, Tech studies, or in any related field.2-3 years of experience in SaaS integrations.Advanced level of SQL.Analytic and resolutive mindset.Previous experience in IT projects.Technical knowledge and understanding of system behavior.Previous experience working with REST APIs is desirable.Fluent in English.Italian (optional).Previous experience working with GCP is desirable.Who we are:We are proud to be a great team!
