The role of the Integration Analyst is to define the requirements, supervise the development and go-live process of integrations with other systems, and continuously monitor performance, being the main point of contact between the development team and the stakeholders.
The job: Integrations with clients and providers like channel management systems are managed by an integration team. As the number of existing integrations increases, so does the number of integrations under development. A position is available for a dedicated colleague who will permanently support existing integrations and manage multiple new integrations simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will be a young, enthusiastic IT professional with a profound understanding of communications between real-time distributed systems, excellent communication skills, and experience in agile teams. We expect the candidate to directly collaborate with various stakeholders, both internal and external, such as clients, providers, distributors, and development teams, to gather and organize requirements, write epics, user stories, roadmaps, and collaborate on the product's long-term vision and strategy. You will directly participate in lean-Agile ceremonies, helping different development teams understand priorities and roadmaps for each development.
We document everything in English, and you'll be required to defend your opinions, propose your ideas, and manage any aspect in English, although we may speak Spanish during the day.

Job Skills and Qualifications: At least one year of proven professional experience in a driven IT company or in an IT-focused role. Ability to work effectively in a global, highly matrixed team environment. Experience in functionality enhancements and continual API improvements. Able to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and documentation skills. Maintain and improve our XML API documentation. Knowledge of real-time distributed systems and a strong technical interest. Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills. Self-motivated, proactive, enthusiastic, and committed. Experience within agile teams, including collaboration with developers and QA. Knowledge of JSON and XML (schemas, web services, etc.), GET, POST, REST, HTTP, networking, Swagger, SoapUI, Postman, and JMeter is a plus. Fluent in both English and Spanish, spoken and written. Working knowledge of German or another language is a plus.
