The Integration Analyst is a key member of the ESE Digital Enablement team, responsible for overseeing the smooth integration of different software systems, applications, and platforms within the Olympus Ecosystem and client hospital sites. This role requires a solid understanding of technical concepts to manage integration effectively.Working closely with internal teams, external vendors, and clients, the Integration Analyst designs, implements, and maintains integration solutions tailored to meet business needs and improve operational efficiency. They use their technical expertise to configure integration frameworks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compatibility across systems.Clear communication and collaboration are essential as the Integration Analyst facilitates discussions between stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical plans and vice versa. By fostering strong partnerships and alignment, they ensure successful integration delivery and ongoing maintenance.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Implementation of Olympus software into HospitalsServe as technical expert during software implementations, specifically around integration into current hospital IT infrastructureWork closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements for software integration projectsAssist Sales and customers in gathering technical requirements and limitations through project discovery phase.Configure, test, and deploy integration solutions, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performanceDesign, develop, and implement integration solutions to connect disparate systems and applicationsCollaborate with Hospital IT and in country Olympus resources to ensure implementation requirements are met.Assists with product installation, including setting up VPN tunnels, connecting to customer virtual machines, assisting with ORM and ORU transformations, and integration into hospital network and systemsTrain administrators on setup for ongoing maintenanceTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to data flow, connectivity, and functionality of integrated systems.Provide technical support and assistance to end-users and stakeholders as neededOlympus ContributorSupports customer success team to ensure customer expectations are metAssists with updating technical documents for customer use, templates and SOPs as software product evolvesAssists support team post installation on any technical questions or concerns regarding to installationMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience)Experience: 4+ years of experience with system integrations in the medical device field, specifically in a hospital environmentSkills:In-depth knowledge of integration technologies and protocols, such as HL7, FHIR, Dicom, SOAP, JSON, XML, etcExperience with hospital systems, such as eHR, HIS, PACs, etcExperience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)Experience with middleware platforms and integration toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issuesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsAbility to prioritize tasks, manage workload efficiently, and meet project deadlinesOther Considerations (travel/hours availability, etc.):Strong customer service skills and the ability to deal with difficult customer situations.Remote access/VPN experience.Ability to work flexible hours as required.Proven track record of the ability to motivate and develop customer relationships.Familiarity with software development processes, agile methodologies, and QA practices.Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple escalated cases concurrently.Proven experience in software support, technical support, or escalation management in a global context.Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and support ticketing tools.Travel up to 50% of the timeCOMPETENCIES:Customer FocusTech SavvyManages ComplexityDecision QualityInnovationStrategic MindsetAction OrientedOptimizes Work ProcessesDrives ResultsCollaborates#J-18808-Ljbffr
