RESPONSABILITIES Campaign and team management Coordination and follow-up, in time and budget, of the production associated with each project or campaign Ensuring that the agency's work is in line with the client's brief Ensure compliance with digital asset quality standards Analyze and monitor the results of the digital initiatives launched and establish monitoring KPIs Execution of the administrative procedures associated with the project Execution of the projects with the rest of the internal departments Realization and follow-up of reporting REQUIREMENTS Studies in Advertising, Marketing or related High level of English / bilingual +4 years of strong project management, time management and prioritisation skills Organized, detail-oriented, client focused and proactive Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Can-do attitude and an ability to work under pressure Clear understanding of international brand challenges and working on global accounts with multiple markets and stakeholders Previous experience in a fast speed advertising/marketing agency Excel/Powerpoint skills and other PM tools are a plus like smartheet WORK CONDITIONS Dynamic and creative work environment International company with great growth projection Full-time incorporation with flexible hours Face-to-face work with the possibility of teleworking Access to training Life and accident insurance Access to flexible compensation plan Diversity & Inclusion Hogarth is an equal-opportunity employer.
