Purpose of the JobExecute ILS activities (Documentation, Training, Logistic Support Analysis) for projects and tenders.
ResponsibilitiesThe objective of this role is to ensure that the decisions taken by the Tenders team (with participation in projects) are consistent with the targets related to Life Cycle Cost and Operation and Maintenance phase requirements.
Main activities to execute and manage:Analyze customer needs in terms of ILS (contractual requirements).Analyze the activities and deliverables on projects.Achieve the ILS activities:MTA (Maintenance Tasks analysis)Maintenance PlansLCC (Life Cycle Cost) calculation & Follow upSpare parts calculationMaintenance & operation ManualsTraining Plan and execution including Training SupportsSpecific Technical KnowledgeEngineer or equivalentExperience in industry (railway...)At least 3 years' experience in ILS activities or railways maintenance activities.Analytical skills, good interpersonal skills.Knowledge in maintenance (principles, types, procedures)Knowledge of technical writing methodsExcellent writing skills in Spanish and English mandatory (French would be a plus)Experience with CBTC and Metro technology would be a plusOther requirementsFluent in French and Spanish (English would be a plus)Didactic approach for documentation and trainingOpen-mindedAn agile, inclusive and responsible culture is the foundation of our company where diverse people are offered excellent opportunities to grow, learn and advance in their careers.
