Reporting to the Director of Supply & Demand Planning of Diagnostics Business Unit, the Project Manager Integrated Business Planning (IBP) will be responsible for collaborating across major functional partners to drive changes and improvements to the current S&OP process and transition it towards an IBP process.
The Project Manager IBP is responsible for creation and facilitation of each process step meeting, working with step owners on content needed to make sound decisions, support each step owner with improvements on reporting and data analysis.
Will support IBP process owners in developing and aligning to "one number" principle and thus a unified set of assumptions.
You will have the opportunity to:Lead the IBP Process and tools implementation.Develop and establish high level of collaboration between departments.What your responsibilities will be:You will lead the transition from current Sales & Operations Planning process to an IBP Process in the Diagnostics Business Unit.You will establish a roadmap and project plan for IBP improvement activities, report on status, issues, and decision needs in order to progress along IBP process maturity.You will be responsible for gathering all necessary data points needed within the monthly IBP cycle from step owners to be leveraged during Executive IBP meeting.You will lead execution and continuous development with support of Director of Supply & Demand Planning in the IBP process to drive metric accountability and increase cross departmental communication.You will gather and distribute meeting minutes for each step within process and ensure clear actions are articulated and assigned to action owners.You will work with cross functional leaders to reconcile outstanding actions.You will work with the leadership team and key stakeholders to help develop and execute change management program to support continuous improvement in IBP.You will develop and prepare the deck for Executive IBP meeting by gathering each IBP step owner slides and building out of ad hoc charts and data sources needed to communicate consensus plan.You will be responsible for gathering KPI's needed for Executive IBP meeting from step owners and gather root cause analysis on deviations to target / plan.You will document and distribute all decisions taken and confirmed IBP plan month after month.You will assist in annual budgeting planning processes by supporting finance as needed.You will support step owners on continuous improvement and reporting needs to provide the right clarity to allow leaders to make sound decisions.Who you are:To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations or Finance is required.5+ years of business experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning or Sales & Operations Planning/Integrated Business Planning.Must have knowledge of demand management/forecasting tools, forecasting processes in sales, marketing operations, finance, manufacturing and supply chain issues.Project Management experience required.Prior experience in influencing multiple teams/groups across an organization is required.Must be highly analytical and have the ability to leverage multiple data sources to create reporting and slides needed to take action.Knowledge in SAP SD/MM/PP.Advanced level in MS Excel and other MS products (PowerPoint, Word, Access).Proven ability to work under pressure in ambiguous situations and respond appropriately in a timely manner.Requires the ability to train and coach others for success.Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.Team working skills.Proficient in Spanish and English.What we offer:It's a brilliant opportunity for someone with the right talents.
