About this project: IT Programming / OthersMy name is Enrique and we have two aesthetic centers.
I need to connect the CRM for aesthetic centers called Koibox, where we manage appointments, payments, and customer bonuses.This is the page with the documentation of its API: Koibox API Documentation .The goal is to connect it with another CRM that allows sending automatic WhatsApp appointment reminders, promotional messages, and creating contact labels.
Additionally, when we create a contact in one CRM, it should update in the other CRM.I am also looking for a CRM for WhatsApp integration.
I have seen several but haven't made a decision yet.
The idea is to use a specific CRM with WhatsApp (I understand it should use the API) to communicate with clients while extracting the information stored in our daily management CRM, which is Koibox.I hope I have explained myself well.
