Role: Intake Specialist (Voice Account)
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Bonus: 5,000 Perfect Attendance

Work Schedule: 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 9pm to 6am Philippine time
Work Setup: WFO (San Fernando, Pampanga)
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle 50-150 inbound calls per day and distribute them to the appropriate queues.
Ask targeted questions to identify the correct department for the caller.
Manually enter data from documents (Word, PDF) into an Excel template.
Data entry includes debtor details (name, address, tax ID, etc.) and debt information (account number, dates, amounts).
Enter relevant data from multiple attachments into Excel.
Add up various amounts from original documents when necessary.
Reconcile Excel entries with original documents, confirming entry numbers, amounts, etc., as per procedures.
Submit the final Excel sheet to the reviewer at company via email.
Attach original documents in Salesforce, as needed.
Save original documents in a shared network drive with proper naming conventions.
Participate in department meetings and training sessions as requested.
Qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma: 2 years of college preferred.
Strong attention to detail.
99% accuracy in data entry.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (sorting, formatting cells for dates/currency).
Effective communication skills in English with internal staff.
Strong email management and organizational skills.
Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Stay focused and organized under pressure.
Clear communication skills, both with internal teams and clients.
Ability to handle irate customers confidently.
