Our internal team manages insurance acquisition providing advice, claims support and customer service putting our customers in the middle.
Together with the Insurance Central Team we develop and implement projects related with FEE products (online and offline) & NAC coverages, the non - additional cost insurances package included in all American Express Cards.Also, we work very closed with Acquisition Cards Team to manage the selling of FEE insurances to our customers, as well as with Marketing/Product Team for NAC coverages and the integration of FEE insurance in Cards.This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic team and learn about different projects and initiatives.

Project Management and Central Team Spanish market representative.
Design sales and offer strategy for the Digital channel and execute together with Cards Team.LOB collaboration in new projects as part of ICS Integration by leading insurance sales within GCS team.Growth the AMEX Customer engagement by creating insurance products or offers providing advice and support to Acquisition Team.Data analysis, trend, and reporting.
Presentations for Senior Leaders.
