We embrace a strong risk culture, and all of our professionals at all levels are expected to take a proactive and responsible approach toward risk management.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the design, implementation, and management of new and existing product propositions to build loyalty with customers and deliver value for shareholders.Develop innovative and creative products, propositions, processes, approaches, and promotions to support achievement of company objectives.Make recommendations to management on the development of new and existing products, including pricing, design, profitability, market position, and new opportunities.Support the management of pricing and margin policies with the insurance factories.Provide actuarial and statistical analysis related to pricing, including loss and premium trends.Develop and maintain a plan that identifies, assesses, manages, and reports risks and controls for all projects in the Insurance portfolio in line with business, regulatory, and audit priorities.Promote and embed a risk awareness culture and associated action plan within the area of responsibility and across the wider insurance business.Lead the delivery of effective governance, oversight, and controls within the area of responsibility and oversee changes when required.Proactively manage products to ensure they meet the needs of customers, colleagues, and shareholders.Manage the products in line with the company's governance frameworks to ensure new products meet the NPBA process requirements and existing products remain fit for purpose.EXPERIENCEExperience working in multidisciplinary teams and flexibility. Insurance Business Knowledge would be desirable. In particular, experience in the actuarial field would be extremely beneficial
