Role PurposeWe are seeking motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our Global Services and Operations Department.
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to the success of our organization.
This role will provide you with insights into the intricacies of global operations, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:Assist in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.Support the team with data entry, filing, and organizing departmental documents.Conduct basic research and provide summaries for projects and initiatives.Collaborate with team members to support process improvements and efficiency.Assist in the preparation and formatting of reports and presentations.Attend team meetings and take notes as required.Provide general support to ensure smooth departmental operations.What we offer in return?Paid internship.Hands-on experience in a professional work environment.Insight into global operations and projects.Exposure to cross-functional collaboration.Enhanced organizational and communication skills.Possibility for future recommendations.Qualifications:Requirements and skills:Business level (C1) of English is a must.Native/bilingual level in German is a must.Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate degree program*Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.*Your university either has to be based in Spain or has to have an agreement with a university in Spain.
