As an Insurance Distribution Manager, you will promote the insurance business development and ensure the consecution of the agreed business plans for Auto and Direct channels.
Your duties and responsibilities in short:Insurance Business Development: Development of the insurance business (new sales channels, new products, etc.). Optimization of insurance sales of the current channels like sales through car dealers, retailers, offline and online. Optimization of distribution models and sales processes, including optimization of dealer remuneration schemes and dealer animation. Optimization of the product range in all channels. Ensure insurance results are in line with insurance budget and P&L.Constantly optimize existing insurance business by improving sales results, processes, and products.Effectively contribute to insurance development aligned with the company's strategic directions.Collaborate closely with operational departments for efficient processes maximizing insurance sales.Align insurance activities with HQ insurance team and ensure reporting meets HQ requirements.Support projects and onboard new partners like automotive brands and retailers for optimized insurance sales.Be responsible for budget planning of insurance income and alignment with relevant finance departments.Identify new opportunities in insurance.Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures set by the local insurance regulator.You are:A seasoned professional in the consumer finance industry with over 5 years of experience, specializing in the distribution of consumer finance and related insurance products through various sales channels. With your HBO degree and a wealth of skills and knowledge, including expertise in commercial steering, sales optimization, and interpersonal communication, you are a valuable asset in any sales network function. Your ability to develop strategies from scratch, influence others effectively, and make data-driven decisions sets you apart in the field. Fluent in both Dutch and English, and willing to travel occasionally, you are well-equipped to navigate the dynamic world of consumer finance with confidence and success.
