We are seeking experienced consultants with a strong track record in driving business transformation within insurance companies. This role emphasizes expertise in business processes, project management, and strategic consulting.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborating on the implementation of digital transformation initiatives for insurance companies.Defining, analyzing, and designing operational models, identifying improvement opportunities, and establishing SLAs.Leading the implementation and management of Project Management Offices (PMOs) and Transformation Management Offices (TMOs) for core insurance transformation projects.Facilitating communication among multiple stakeholders, including various levels of management within Accenture and client organizations.Conducting analysis and developing strategies for master plans and quick wins.Utilizing agile methodologies for project management and adapting to changing business needs.Driving change management efforts to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and technologies.What We Offer:Accenture provides comprehensive training covering business acumen, technical skills, and professional development to all our consulting professionals.
