We are collaborative, fun, and focused on doing great work while learning and growing.Working with peer instructional designers, media designers, program managers, field teams and tech partners across the world, you'll create and deliver world-class training material that will benefit all Amazon employees across the EU network and beyond.Minimum QualificationsExpertise in instructional design and experience designing solutions that require advanced technical features (e.g., interactive simulations, adaptive learning technologies, API integration).Proven track record of designing and developing learning products that positively impact specific success metrics (e.g., learner engagement, knowledge retention, performance improvement).Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Storyline, Captivate, Lectora).Understanding of how Learning Management Systems (LMS) work, including commons LMS features and the use of eLearning protocols (xAPI, CMI5, SCORM) to communicate information and create engaging learning experiences.Experience in project planning and execution within the context of eLearning design and development.Proficiency in using data analytics and metrics to measure learning outcomes and improve instructional design strategies.Ability to identify effective ways of working and establish mechanisms (e.g., mentoring, up-skilling sessions, creating documentation) to share knowledge with junior team members.Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices to ensure inclusive learning experiences (e.g., WCAG compliance).Demonstrated success working in a cross-functional team environment on multiple projects with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
