.MISSION: Analyze and establish on-site installation processes based on parameters and characteristics of the wind turbines design to develop efficient and cost-effective installation process.
TASKS: Support current projects under construction solving incidents related to installation work procedures and tools.
Optimize existing installation processes to enhance performance, quality and safety.
Take part in new wind turbines development groups.
Review designs and propose improvements or corrections from installation perspective.
Establish requirements from installation point of view in early stage of new product development to optimize the installation process, quality and safety.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges.
Definition and validation of installation tools to be supplied by Nordex Group.
Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement measures.
Maintain existing installation work instructions and inspection reports updated.
Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure compliance.
Traveling to wind farms under construction to test new tools, attend new wind turbine prototypes or for auditing reasons to find room for improvement in procedures/wind turbine designs/tools.
YOUR PROFILE: Degree in Industrial Engineering or other studies with experience in the tasks required in this position.
One to five years of experience in a similar position.
Experience with the use of CAD-PLM (Teamcenter PLM, AutoCAD, Teamcenter Visualization), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP.
Teamwork and close relationship with other departments.
Multicultural teams interactions.
High English level.
Availability to travel (3 or 4 trips per year, each one approximately two or three weeks).
