You will be responsible mainly for Retail panel and in specific projects you will be connecting with Household panel too.Drive deep holistic performance understanding at market & Danone level across categories, showing gradual performance trends/ dynamics across categories, sub-categories, brands, sub-brands, channels, price tiers, item clusters and others.Deliver continuous monthly performance reports by category as inputs for Topline team, reflecting latest market dynamics and Danone performance.Conduct FMCG deep dives to get last trends and competitor deep dives across categories.Support in reflecting most optimal category forecast and market share forecasting at country level.Support in MMM projects being part of core team to conduct them.Give guidance on how to improve Danone's performance by leveraging advanced growth driver analyses and by exploiting when needed different datasets (media, purchase panel, brand equity, etc).Ensure both panels (retail and kantar) are well updated in databases (specially inno's and promos), securing quality data and ensuring they follow global and local taxonomies.To be successful in this role, we believe it's important to have:Education : Studies in Statistics, Economics, Market Research, Data Science or similar.Experience : 3 to 4 years working in an insights & analytics agency or department.Languages : Fluent Spanish and English.Soft skills : Open minded and curiosity, assertiveness, good communication skills, global vision and able to anticipate, results oriented, analytical and problem-solving skills.Functional Skills : Ability to simplify complex analyses and to turn into actionable insights, experience and proven track record in mastering data visualization tools such as PowerBI, knowledge and experience in mining and combining syndicated panels such as Nielsen, Circana, Europanel, Euromonitor or Global Data.Working at Danone gives you the chance to impact more than 12 million consumers in, where we lead the ranking of the most chosen brands in the country.In addition, Danone is the largest BCorp company and that drives us every day to increase our efforts in sustainability, our impact on society and our workers.And what's next?If you have come this far you will have already convinced yourself...
