Based 100% remotely in either Spain or Italy, the Inside Sales Specialist predominantly engages with existing customers (65% inbound and 35% outbound activity) across Spain via phone and email to uncover customer needs, provide quotations, cross-sell, up-sell, and position appropriate solutions that help achieve sales goals.
The Inside Sales Specialist will also be involved in strategic territory and account planning, work with Field Sales managers on larger deals, coordinate activities in SFDC, and prepare and present a weekly sales funnel review.
