To better serve our internal and external customer base, Nilfisk is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to assist our sales team with the sales development and management of "working" accounts and support of existing "buying" accounts.
Inside Sales Job Responsibilities The Inside Sales Representative will sell products and services to customers in an office environment. The primary goal is to support sales development and improve customer experience by creating more efficient workflows from new customer acquisition through to post-sale support. The position will support the Sales team by developing and engaging a pre-defined list of strategic accounts.
It is an office-based position in Madrid.
LEAD GENERATION Cold-calls to prospective customers to generate visits and opportunities that will be managed by Area Managers.
Call potential Dealers to generate new distributors. Call inactive dealers with low turnover or not visited by Area Managers.
Call target customers to identify decision makers, cleaning types (in house/outsourced), etc.
Use LinkedIn and External Databases to find new prospects.
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects.
Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base.
CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION Communicate with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
Send campaigns and promotions to clients and distributors and subsequent follow-up in SFDC.
Keep up with product and service information and send updates to existing and new targeted customers.
Manage small dealers' relations (low buyers with low potential).
SALES SUPPORT & CROSS SELLING Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
Create and deliver qualified opportunities to other team members.
Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.
Upselling products and services on existing customers.
Contact customers who have machines sold for more than 10 years and propose a plan for machinery renovation.
Contact customers with machines that have been in business for more than 1 year and offer maintenance contracts.
Contact customers who have bought ATEX equipment from us and offer maintenance contracts associated with ATEX regulations.
Language Skills Native Spanish, Fluent English, Basic Portuguese.
Other Competences SAP, SFDC.
2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Good skills on the phone.
Experience in Telemarketing.
