As the Inside Sales Specialist for DP World in Barcelona, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for selling services, managing customer inquiries, coordinating shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery, and providing competitive rates and prices to support our customers' businesses. As the daily partner and face to our customers, you will build and maintain strong, lasting relationships, making a significant impact in our dynamic team.
About the role How you will contribute Target potential customers, develop and maintain a customer database and deliver compelling sales pitches to prospective customers.Serve as a primary point of contact for existing clients, address customer inquiries promptly and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.Collaborate with the operations team to plan and coordinate shipments, ensure accurate and timely delivery, monitor shipment progress and resolve any issues that may arise.Maintain accurate record of sales, customer interactions and revenue.Generate regular sales reports and forecasts.Stay updated on industry trends & competitors and identify opportunities of improvement and expansion.Your Key Qualifications Proven experience in operations as a fundament of customer service and pricing tasksProven experience in sales in the logistics industryProficiency in using CRM and TMS software and other relevant toolsDetail oriented with excellent organizational abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of freight forwarding operations and supply chain managementExcellent communication skills when it comes to handling customers and a good command in English and SpanishCompensation DP World offers exciting and challenging roles within a growing international organization.
