The right candidate will join a fun and energetic team that offers digital marketing expertise to the European market, and will be an integral part of growing our business.We are collaborating with leading global advertising companies to help them and their clients build brand awareness, increase sales, and improve advertising efficiency.Responsibilities:Increase revenue by providing consultative advice to small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) to help them grow across multiple channels: chat, email, and phone.Manage and develop strategic relationships.Analyze marketing campaigns to identify optimizations and opportunities to help SME clients drive more sales.Understand our partners' business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed.Work collaboratively with the broader sales team to develop, maintain, and grow relationships.Manage a portfolio of SMB clients with responsibility for increasing revenue.Demonstrate the value of our SMB advertising solutions.Provide pre- and post-sale support for all self-service products.Take responsibility for helping SMB clients achieve results through their marketing campaigns through consultation, education, and support.Requirements:At least six months of experience in a sales role.Experience or knowledge in digital marketing, advertising, and performance advertising is a big plus.Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to the ever-evolving needs of SMBs to help clients grow their business on the advertising platform.Focused on delighting SMB customers by driving adoption of the right product for the right customer.Professional customer service skills: solutions mindset, helpful nature, passion for the customer and customer experience.Aptitude for sales; demonstrating ability to empathize with the customer and deliver on goals.Exude consultative sales and customer empathy at all times.Resolve customer issues in a timely manner, proactively communicate with customers on progress, and proactively identify areas where customers can improve how they use our solutions.Demonstrate speed, agility, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to get up to speed quickly.Autonomous with attention to detail and follow-through.Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and listening skills.Advanced level of English.
