Key Responsibilities Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals within the SME sector. Manage a high volume of inbound leads from various sources to drive the sales pipeline and achieve KPIs, ensuring new business growth. Showcase deep product knowledge and use a structured sales process to accelerate the sales cycle. Serve as an advocate for the product and service, building interest and promoting the client's unique value. Prioritize and manage sales opportunities effectively, ensuring consistent follow-up and tracking. Apply sales strategies that maximize the conversion of leads into paying customers. Deliver strong account management to align with clients' technology goals. Collaborate with leadership and clients to align sales strategies with revenue growth initiatives. Essential Skills and Qualifications Native or fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills. 18–24 months of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in SaaS or IT Services, or 6–12 months in B2B sales as an individual contributor. Experience working with software vendors, SaaS providers, or systems integrators. Demonstrated success in prospecting, conducting discovery calls, and delivering impactful presentations. Strong sales skills with a solutions-focused mindset and a commitment to exceptional customer experiences. Highly collaborative, results-oriented, with a history of meeting targets and thriving in team settings. Technologically savvy, with an interest in innovative and emerging tech. Self-driven, adaptable, and organized, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Skilled in advocating for products and services, effectively conveying technical and business benefits.
