About the Role: What You'll Do: Leverage prospecting skills and relationships to build partnerships with Spain's top-tier restaurants across strategically selected markets;Handle sophisticated contract negotiations, specifically including sustainable economics for both parties, with knowledgeable and expert prospects;Manage the whole sales cycle, including prospecting, cold calls, pitching, negotiation, closing, and onboarding, till the restaurant's first month on the UberEats platform;Clearly communicate the value of Uber Eats and its newest products to prospects;Coordinate restaurant activation by working with our onboarding team to ensure a smooth restaurant experience. This is a fast-paced sales cycle, as you start by selling to SMB restaurants.What You'll Need: At least 6 months of Sales Experience;Passionate about sales and outbound prospecting;Experience in pitching/cold calling/negotiating/objection handling;No problems with a high number of cold calls;Don't take no for an answer, you see it as a challenge!Highly organized individual with good time management and prioritization skills;Self-motivated and target-driven with a consultative and value-driven sales approach;Native level of Spanish is mandatory as fluency in English.Above and Beyond: Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems;At Uber, we reimagine the way the world moves for the better.
