David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit English-speaking Inside Sales Representative for their Barcelona office.
Position:Inside Sales Representative
Location:Barcelona, Spain
Employment type:Full-time
Remuneration:Base salary + bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and maintain the relationship within the accountProvide expert assistance to the list of clients and partnersCreate the business environment for sustained growth on the accountResearch new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accountsPrepare commercial and technical service proposalsFocus on driving profitability through proactive managementExecute and achieve sales KPIsTrack, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales pipelineTimely response and resolution of incoming customer or partner calls.REQUIREMENTSNative/fluent in English, both oral and writtenPrevious experience in B2B sales environmentEnergetic and motivated self-starter, capable of achieving the targets setExcellent communication skills, with ability to emphasize and persuadeComfortable communicating using various channels (primarily telephone)Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situationsAbility to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely mannerAbility to work independently, while being a team player at the same timeSales-oriented mindset.BENEFITSExcellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performanceBe part of a dynamic and creative team with a positive and friendly atmosphereGuidance and tools to reach your full potential
