Description:An Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
You must be comfortable making dozens of daily calls, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.Responsibilities:Represent our technology in a professional, successful manner that results in repeat business and a positive customer experienceSalesforce support and inquiry calls with customersEstablish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.Speak with customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues.Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departmentsSupply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emailsUnderstand customer needs and requirementsRoute qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closureClose sales and achieve quarterly quotasResearch accounts, identify key players, and generate interestMaintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territoryTeam with channel partners to build pipeline and close dealsPerform effective online demos for prospectsKnowledge and Skills:Proven customer service and sales experience (minimum 2 years)Track record of over-achieving quotaStrong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per dayProficient with corporate productivity and web presentation toolsExperience working with Salesforce.Com or similar CRMExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong listening and presentation skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyBA/BS degree or equivalent.Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.Excellent English skills.Knowledge of second language is a plusNote: This is a hybrid function which is 4 days in the office and 1 day home office.
