This role is ideal for a proactive, self-motivated professional fluent in English (essential for UK and Northern European markets) eager to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer support on our e-commerce platform.
The successful candidate will act as the primary contact for customers interested in our weighing solutions, ensuring a seamless, supportive purchasing experience.

TasksKey Responsibilities: Provide thorough product guidance to potential and existing customers, assisting them in selecting the most suitable weighing solutions for their needs.Prepare and follow up on quotations, maintaining effective communication with clients to maximize sales opportunities.Proactively enter orders and manage customer inquiries via phone and email, delivering prompt and reliable customer support.Acquire and deepen technical knowledge of our products to enhance sales potential and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with sales and technical teams to stay informed on product knowledge and sales strategies.RequirementsRequirements: Proficiency in English.
We value if the candidate is proficient in a second european language (especially Spanish, German, French, Dutch or Italian).Proven experience in sales or customer support, preferably within a B2B environment.Strong ability to learn and understand technical products; experience in selling technical products (hardware, software, industrial equipment, etc.)
