In this role, you will leverage your Dutch language skills and sales expertise to connect with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions that deliver value.
Key Responsibilities Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Identify client needs and provide expert guidance on products or services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Accurately update and manage customer records in the CRM system.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients.
Qualifications And Skills Native or fluent proficiency in Dutch (verbal and written).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management is a plus.
Proven ability to meet targets and handle objections effectively.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Basic understanding of CRM software is advantageous.
Fluency in English is desirable for internal communication.
