Position: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Malaga, Spain

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain the relationship within the account
Provide expert assistance to the list of clients and partners
Create the business environment for sustained growth on the account
Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts
Prepare commercial and technical service proposals
Focus on driving profitability through proactive management
Execute and achieve sales KPIs
Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales pipeline
Timely response and resolution of incoming customer or partner calls
Proactively inform the customer of new product roadmaps, proposing
upgrades and transition paths
Develop strong professional working relationships with customers,
partners and colleagues
Adhere to internal customer relations management system guidelines
to ensure accurate data capturing and reporting.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native/fluent in Dutch/Flemish, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
Previous experience in B2B sales environment
Strong customer negotiation skills with good presentation and communication skills
Sound business acumen and commercial mindset
IT literacy skills with high interest in technology
Energetic and motivated self-starter, capable of achieving the targets set
Excellent communication skills, with ability to emphasize and persuade
Comfortable communicating using various channels (primarily telephone)
Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time
Sales-oriented mindset.
