Job Description:Netquest is part of GfK and is among the most advanced and innovative digital data collection specialists worldwide in the market research and analytics industry. Our Inside Sales team is composed of 7 amazing people. We are now looking for the next representative who wants to develop his or her professional career in a dynamic and innovative company.
As an Inside Sales representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the proposals sent to our clients include feasible projects within realistic timings and according to our price grids.
A proactive and dynamic mindset that can build trust relationships with clients is key to this position, as well as good logical thinking and communication skills.
Responsibilities:Elaborate tailor-made proposals and budgets for our clientsCalculate project viabilityReview possible differences between the commissioned conditions and the real ones found when working on the project (sample sizes, length of interview, quotas, etc.)Support the finance team with the invoicing detailsFollow up with the client to foresee any potential opportunities based on client's requestsRequirements:Interest in Market ResearchUniversity Degree, any background welcomeExcellent Spanish and English communication skills, both written and spokenTeam player, organized, and multi-taskingExcellent organization and time management skillsPerfection-driven, detail-oriented individualA plus if you also speak FrenchWe offer you:The possibility to be part of a talented team, working with highly skilled individualsA nice place to work, where we foster training, as well as professional and personal developmentFlex Office: a mix of remote and in-office work to boost our productivity and promote a work-life balanceFlexible retribution: meal and transport tickets, kindergarten cheques, and/or private health insuranceFree coffee and fresh fruit once a weekAt Netquest, we're a team in constant growth.
