For one of our clients – a global company specializing in information technology services and consulting, we're looking for experienced and reliable people for the role of Inside Sales Quality Analyst with Italian.
In this role, your goal will be to enhance service quality and improve sales performance through detailed analysis, feedback, and coaching.
What You'll Do: Conduct quality audits of agent transactions monthlyProvide timely and constructive feedback to agents and team managersCreate and distribute Quality Assurance reports to stakeholdersAnalyze results and recommend training or process improvementsParticipate in client and internal meetings on quality processes and improvementsLead or participate in monthly calibration sessions with stakeholdersOffer side-by-side coaching to improve agent performanceMaintain quality assurance metrics and manage other coaching assignments as neededQualifications: Fluency in Italian and English language1+ year of experience in Quality Assurance1+ year of sales experience (outbound, upselling, cross-selling, telemarketing, etc.
