The program is designed to help ISVs who have developed solutions on the Microsoft platform accelerate their revenue and customer growth.We assist partners in accelerating their sales cycle by building repeatable processes within their organization to access Microsoft customers by leveraging Microsoft sellers, the Commercial Marketplace, and the Microsoft Partner Ecosystem. The program also focuses on helping partners grow in Co-Sell Deals, Azure Consumable Revenue, Marketplace Billed Sales, and consumption of Azure AI Solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead and Inspire: Manage a team of 10 Inside Partner Development Managers (IPDMs) located in Europe and Asia, guiding them to achieve the goals of the WW Assisted Growth Program.Strategic Partner Development: Develop and execute strategic and tactical partner business plans for Portfolio, aligned with Microsoft's goals and objectives. Drive business transformation and solution selling.Sales and Acceleration: Lead the IPDMs team to develop go-to-market plans and co-sell execution tactics. Coordinate partner pipeline reviews, coach, and challenge partners to transform their sales and deployment strategies.Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between IPDMs, partner sales teams, Area Leads, Microsoft sales teams, and other relevant groups to overcome obstacles, compete effectively, and create compelling deal proposals
