The role:
**Summary**

The Inside Sales Executive works together with the Sales Team to develop and maintain favorable relationships with new and existing clients in order to increase revenue and ensure that SoftwareONE products and services consistently meet client needs. This role is responsible for providing sales quotations, sustaining and renewing client contracts, as well as systematically pursuing new customer opportunities.

- Be the primary point of Contact and maintain a productive Relationship with existing Accounts and identify Growth Potential
- Manage day-to-day Customer and Partner Requests
- Take Ownership on the Customer Experience
- Understand Customer Needs and offer the right Solutions to them
- Ensure the timely and successful Delivery of our Solutions
- Drive proactive new Sales, Renewals, and overall Opportunity Management
- Develop, maintain and execute a highly efficient Account Management by focussing on
- PyraCloud and Self Services
- Providing Customer Services remotely
- Track and Forecast of defined Account Metrics / KPIs and Financials
- Close collaboration with other cross-functional departments
- Oversight of GSDC Ops Quality
- Opportunity identification
- Targeted campaign support, enablement, and upsell
- Attend internal/external customer calls and presentations as an expert resource
- Drive resolution of escalations by working with customers and internal support teams
- Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer and partner requests. Along with some other administrative tasks related to the sales process.

What we need to see from you:
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required**:

- Knowledge of: operational policies and procedures; customer service and developing and maintaining long-term business relationships.
- Ability to: analyze data, identify trends and develop recommendations for improvement; work independently and show initiative; maintain a positive attitude; handle large volumes of work and meet tight deadlines; adapt to and embrace change in a rapidly changing environment; maintain and promote good client relations, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Skilled in: relationship building; verbal and written communication; problem solving; researching customer and product information; planning, scheduling, and organizing work; multitasking; and time management.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years professional sales experience preferred but not required.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Highly motivated and results oriented; entrepreneurial spirit.
- Detail oriented with ability to break down projects into smaller tasks.
- General understanding of technology solutions.
- Proficient in and knowledgeable with Microsoft's licensing programs and product stack.
