Job Summary We are looking for an inside sales professional to join the Business Development/Sales support group in our office located in Coslada (Madrid). Responsibilities Internal sales and customer management: Identify business opportunities with new and existing customers. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, trade shows and other channels. Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to closing. Technical and commercial consulting: Understand customer needs and offer customized solutions in air compressors and accessories. Provide basic technical information and channel more complex inquiries to the technical team. CRM Management and Reporting: Record all interactions and opportunities in the CRM system. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, trends and projections. Internal collaboration: Work closely with outside sales team to coordinate specific visits or proposals. Communicate key market information to the marketing and product development team. Order and Contract Management: Receiving, validating and recording orders in the ERP system. Checking that orders comply with specifications and contractual requirements. Continuous monitoring of order status, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions. Direct communication with customers and Customer Experience to resolve incidents and manage necessary adjustments. Coordination with internal teams, including logistics, production and finance, as well as local suppliers to ensure efficient flow. Invoicing of final milestones according to established terms. Compilation of all required documentation (certificates, endorsements, manuals, etc.). Ensuring complete transfer of information and documentation to the service team for commissioning and subsequent maintenance. Basic Qualifications The job requires knowledge at bac +3 or bac +4 level Up to 3 years' professional experience in administrative and sales or technical sales positions required in companies related to industrial sector. Fluency in English: minimum C1 level required (CEFR) for oral and written comprehension, oral interaction, and oral and written comprehension.
