We thrive on helping our customers succeed!Job Description:We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Inside Sales Employee to join our team at the Barcelona office. In this role, you will work closely with the industry manager and other inside sales team members to monitor the existing customer portfolio and drive sales of Keyser & Mackay products. You will also support the industry manager in developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:Proactively sell Keyser & Mackay products and services, ensuring we remain the go-to partner for our clients.Collaborate with the industry manager to monitor and manage the existing customer portfolio, spotting new opportunities and acting on them.Support business development initiatives by identifying and engaging potential clients.Handle customer orders efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery.Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.Report to the Inside Sales Manager on sales activities and customer feedback.Requirements:Excellent relationship-building skills and a strong team player.Proven ability to maintain and develop close relationships with customers.Commercial mindset with a good sense of commerce.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education.Native Spanish speaker with fluency in English.A few years' experience in a commercial role, ideally in an international setting.How to Apply: Are you ready to take on this exciting challenge and be part of a passionate, customer-focused team?
