We are looking for a strategic, visionary and hands-on sales leader responsible for designing and executing the inside sales strategy to grow our B2B solar installation business in Spain. This role focuses on building and leading the inside sales team, optimizing the sales funnel, and driving high-performance outcomes. This position is pivotal in expanding our market presence, increasing revenue, and ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives. What you will be doing Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance. Build and optimize a lead generation machine, utilizing tools like Salesforce and ActiveCampaign to automate workflows, nurture leads, and maximize conversion rates across the sales funnel. Develop and maintain real-time dashboards to track key performance metrics (KPIs), providing the team with clear visibility into sales pipeline health, conversion rates, and other critical performance indicators. Oversee the entire sales process together with the External Sales Director, from lead generation to deal closure, using advanced automation tools to maximize efficiency and conversion rates. Research market trends, identify key prospects, and develop tailored sales approaches to unlock new business (in close collaboration with the marketing team). Recruit, mentor, and lead a motivated and high-performance sales team, empowering them to exceed targets and close large, complex deals. Set ambitious goals, analyze performance metrics, and continuously refine strategies and processes to ensure the team meets targets and supports the scalable growth of the operation. Who are we looking for? Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in leading and scaling inside sales operations. Demonstrated success in B2B or B2B2C sales environments; experience in the renewable energy or solar sector is a plus but not a must. Hands-on experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms) and ActiveCampaign (or similar tools), leveraging these tools to build and automate a robust lead generation and sales pipeline. Strong experience with creating and managing dashboards to track KPIs, sales pipeline progress, and team performance, using real-time data to drive strategic decision-making. You are results-oriented, focusing on achieving the sales goals. You are an effective communicator, both in writing and verbally, to ensure alignment and clarity among all stakeholders. You are flexible to adapt to rapid market changes and business needs. You have the ability to understand the needs of clients and the team, promoting a collaborative and solution-focused work environment. You are fluent in Spanish and have a good proficiency in English
