In Texas Controls, we are currently seeking a Technical Inside Sales Coordinator. If you are eager to grow in an area where the main focus is on territory planning, data analysis, and preparation of national and international bids, look no further – Texas Controls is the company for you.
Reporting to the department head:

? Organize and develop the policies and objectives specific to the A.F, taking responsibility for carrying out the necessary actions for proper implementation.
? Coordinate and allocate functions and tasks within the sales area to ensure the established objectives are met.
? Present and monitor some of the more complex or high-revenue commercial offers.
? Analyze commercial performance through a comprehensive dashboard.
? Analyze the market and spearhead commercial opportunities.

ResponsibilitiesOrganize and develop the policies and objectives of the F.A., taking responsibility for carrying out the necessary actions for the correct implementation.Coordinate and distribute the functions and tasks of the commercial area to ensure that the established objectives are met.Present and follow up on some of the more complex or higher billing commercial offers.Analyze commercial evolution through a balanced scorecard.Analyze the market and lead commercial opportunities.Must haveBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a Higher Technical Degree.High Level of English: Written and speaking fluency is required.Expertise: 3-5 years in a related field.Will be valuedOrganizational/planning and leadership skills.Negotiation, Customer Orientation and Perseverance.What's good about the job?Great team of humble people, in a friendly and open culture.Stability: very low turnover of less than 5%.Responsibilities and real challenges in a rapidly evolving company.A company with great international projection, with sustained growth in recent years and a pioneer in innovation.Flexible hoursFlexible start and finish times.

3 months of summer schedule: Hours: 8 AM to 3 PM.
