Support: You assist regional sales managers in implementing the local sales strategy, organizing, and following up on event invitations. Efficiency: You record your activities and information in our CRM tool Salesforce to make targeted outbound calls based on defined marketing and sales campaigns. Optimization: You proactively contribute ideas to improve our products and optimize processes based on market feedback. Your fitness level Qualification: You have completed professional commercial training or equivalent studies. Professional Experience: You are experienced in customer relations, preferably in the fitness sector. Communication: You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and enjoy speaking on the phone. Empathy: You are empathetic and able to adapt to the people you interact with. Way of working: You are known for your reliable, solution-oriented work approach and are a team player. Languages: You are fluent in Spanish and able to communicate in English. Your training goal for your first 6 months Customers: You will manage your client portfolio using our existing customer database and conduct regular calls with them. Events: You will actively assist with events, including preparation and follow-up. Reliability: You will be a recognized support for your sales team colleagues.
