Position Overview
We're looking for an experienced Partner Manager for the DACH region. As an Inside Partner Manager, you will work with a dedicated portfolio of 5 - 10 partners within the DACH territory, driving their performance and guiding them on their transformational path to becoming SaaS solutions providers. You will be a liaison between Autodesk and your assigned channel partners, aligning our common strategy and driving revenue growth. Our EMEA channel management team plays a crucial role in the collaboration of all teams with the partners.
You will assist in the development and success of your assigned partners through consultation, business planning, and market development activities. You will enable and support the partners to drive their business against an assigned quota. This hybrid position is based in Barcelona, and you will report directly to the Senior Manager of Channel Sales.
Responsibilities Build relationships and act as the responsible contact person for partner principals, management, and respective teams.Understand partners' business, organizational set-up, and markets in which partners are active.Ensure a common vision between Autodesk and the partner.Drive annual strategic business plans, identify areas of investment, and support execution.Recap quarterly sales results with partners and internally, and help set focus areas and goals for upcoming quarters.Ensure partners' forecasts are valid and updated.Develop and support sales activities with partners, set targets/milestones, measure results, and support execution.Take an initiative role inside Autodesk to ensure support from all relevant departments.Influence marketing plans and coordinate merit funds available to support sales initiatives.Coordinate training and assistance to the partners through appropriate company resources in product training, sales, and marketing skills.Attend Autodesk events internally and externally with partners; travel may be required.Participate in specific projects relating to indirect business.Minimum Qualifications 4+ years of experience in channel partnerships (SaaS, PaaS background preferred).Business fluency in German and English.Excellent writing, Excel, and analysis skills.Experience communicating effectively and collaborating with an extended team.IT technology sales and/or pre-sales experience.Motivated, determined, and business-oriented; travel occasionally required.About Autodesk Welcome to Autodesk!
