Funciones:Implementation of the Open Innovation strategy by leading and coordinating existing and new Innovation Projects for Agriculture BU.Start-ups scouting to identify technical solutions for the internal challenges.Analyze new innovative opportunities from Agriculture ecosystem/stakeholders and their potential business models.Work in the organization of the Entrepreneurship company program.Coordinate the new open innovative technologies field tests.Be able to bring innovation technologies from idea to market implementation.Work together with Innovation Team (multi departmental team).Actively (co-)design, test and validate new solutions.Requisitos:Experience in Agriculture market is a plus.3 years of experience in innovation areas and familiar with innovation processes (radar start-ups, design thinking, field tests, lean and agile project management, etc.
